Join a team with real growth opportunities and ongoing professional training from experienced call-center leaders. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to log into our dialer, identify and pre-qualify interested prospects, and seamlessly connect them with our consultants throughout the day.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
Morning: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
• Monday through Friday
Morning: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
• Monday through Friday
Morning: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST

• Tuesday through Saturday
Morning: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST 

Weekly compensation plan:

• $200.00 USD base pay

• Daily commission per appointment: 1st $5.00 USD, 2nd $10.00 USD, 3rd $15.00 USD, 4th or more $20.00 USD

• Weekly prizes for top performers: $100 1st, $75 2nd & $50 3rd
• Commissions are double on Saturdays

Activities:

• Connect to our dialer and proactively communicate our value proposition

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and

• Address inquiries (Overcome objections)

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

• Proficient soft skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.

• Results driven mindset, with a drive to exceed targets.
